The Provider shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and the providers of Outsourced Services to, perform the Services with reasonable diligence and dispatch in a prudent, cost effective and efficient manner, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, permits, licenses, and standards, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
At the Provider's election, it may cause one or more of its Affiliates or third-party contractors to provide the Services; provided, however, that the Provider shall remain responsible for the provision of the Services (including Outsourced Services) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
