Examples of Outstanding in a sentence
Except as otherwise permitted in Section 8.02, the Seller will not, and will not permit the Servicer to, alter the delinquency status or adjust the Outstanding Balance or otherwise modify the terms of any Pool Receivable in any material respect, or amend, modify or waive, in any material respect, any term or condition of any related Contract.
The Developer shall have, and is hereby granted, the option to purchase all or any portion of the City’s interest in the Project at any time, upon payment in full or redemption of the Outstanding Bonds to be redeemed or provision for their payment or redemption having been made pursuant to Article XIII of the Indenture.
If the Company shall so determine, new Securities of any series so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Trustee and the Company, to any such supplemental indenture may be prepared and executed by the Company and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Securities of such series.

If only a portion of the Bonds are to be redeemed, (A) Bonds aggregating at least 10% of the maximum aggregate principal amount of Bonds authorized hereunder shall not be subject to redemption and payment before the stated maturity thereof, and (B) the Trustee shall keep a record of the amount of Bonds to remain Outstanding following such redemption.
