Outstanding Company Common Stock definition

Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;
Outstanding Company Common Stock means, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company.
Outstanding Company Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(f)(i) of this Agreement.

  • If as a result of the Change of Control, the Outstanding Company Common Stock is exchanged for or converted into a different form of equity security and/or the right to receive other property (including cash), payment in respect of the underlying awards described in subparagraphs (1), (2) and, with respect to stock-based awards, (4) hereof shall, to the maximum extent practicable, be made in the same form.

Outstanding Company Common Stock means, as of any time, the shares of common stock of the Company outstanding as of that time.
