The Issuer shall redeem all, but not some only, of the outstanding Bonds in full on the Final Maturity Date with an amount per Bond equal to the Outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid Interest.
For clarification, the amounts which are payable under the Securities will continue to be determined by reference to the settlement provisions of the Reference CDS, and at the times and in the manner provided for therein and in these Asset Terms and the Outstanding Nominal Amount of each Security shall continue to be reduced by the applicable Credit Event Writedown Amount with effect from and including the Event Determination Date.
