Examples of Outstanding Principal Amount in a sentence
Upon any Liquidation Event (as hereinafter defined), the Holder will be entitled to receive, before any distribution or payment is made upon, or set apart with respect to, any class of capital stock of the Maker, an amount equal to the Outstanding Principal Amount plus all accrued interest thereon (if any).
Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default under this Loan Agreement and/or the Note, the entirety of the Outstanding Principal Amount shall bear interest at the Default Rate, subject to the provisions of Section 12.10 herein.
