Outstanding Principal Amount definition

Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Covered Bond, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Covered Bond, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.06 or otherwise as indicated in the Final Terms.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, at the time of determination, the Principal Amount outstanding after giving effect to any conversions or prepayments pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Upon any Liquidation Event (as hereinafter defined), the Holder will be entitled to receive, before any distribution or payment is made upon, or set apart with respect to, any class of capital stock of the Maker, an amount equal to the Outstanding Principal Amount plus all accrued interest thereon (if any).

More Definitions of Outstanding Principal Amount

Outstanding Principal Amount means with respect to any one or more Series, Classes, Subclasses or Tranches of Notes, as applicable at any time, the aggregate principal amount Outstanding of such Notes at such time.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Note, the outstanding principal amount of such Note, as adjusted from time to time for any reduction as required by then current legislation and/or regulations applicable to the Issuer and “Outstanding Principal Amounts” means the sum of the Outstanding Principal Amount of each Note;

Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of an Instrument, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Instrument, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.11 or, in the case of a Partly Paid Instrument, the Paid Up Amount of such Instrument or otherwise as indicated in the relevant Final Terms except that the Paid Up Amount shall be deemed to be nil for Instruments which have been forfeited by the Issuer on or after the Forfeiture Date as provided for in Condition 1.8.
