Outstanding Units definition

Outstanding Units means, with respect to any Unit and as of the date of determination, all Units evidenced by Certificates theretofore authenticated, executed and delivered under this Agreement, except:

Units so owned which have been pledged in good faith may be regarded as Outstanding Units if the pledgee establishes to the satisfaction of the Unit Agent the pledgee's right so to act with respect to such Units and that the pledgee is not the Company or any Affiliate of the Company.

  • Each proposed amendment that requires the approval of the holders of a specified percentage of Outstanding Units shall be set forth in a writing that contains the text of the proposed amendment.

More Definitions of Outstanding Units

Outstanding Units has the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
