Overlapping date definition

Overlapping date a day and month in any year during the deposit period, whose number is the same as the number of the day and month on which the deposit commencement date falls. Where an overlapping date falls on a day that is not a business day, in that case alone the overlapping date shall be postponed to the first business day thereafter.

  • Overlap Period means any taxable year or other taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option.   • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Risk Period means the period for which the Landlord decides to insure against loss of Rent, being a minimum of [three] years and a maximum of [five]14 years, starting on the date of the relevant damage or destruction;

  • Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Annuity Commencement Date is the first day of the month an annuity begins under this contract. This date may not be later than the date a Participant's periodic benefits are required to commence under the Code.

  • Grace Period Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are generally open to settle payments in the place or places and on the days specified for that purpose in the relevant Obligation and if a place or places are not so specified, in the jurisdiction of the Obligation Currency.

  • Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date of the Notes or such other date as may be specified as the Interest Commencement Date in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • the commencement date means the date on which the Contract shall take effect, as notified by the Authority to the Contractor in a letter awarding the Contract.

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Ending Date means the last day of each Offering Period.

  • Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.

  • Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.
