Owned Equipment means (a) Equipment owned by Seller or any Other Seller that is held or used primarily in connection with the Business and (b) the other equipment listed on Section 1.1(e) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

Owned Equipment means the Newsprint Owned Equipment and the Apache Owned Equipment.

Owned Equipment means Equipment owned by the Sellers that is (i) held or used exclusively by the LTE Transferring Employees or (ii) held or used predominantly in connection with the CDMA Business, in each case including the items listed in Section 1.1(h) of the Sellers Disclosure Schedule, and excluding in all cases any Owned Net Inventory and any Intellectual Property.

Owned Equipment means the machinery, equipment, furniture, hardware tools and test sets, associated spare parts and supplies and all other tangible personal property owned by the Seller, any of the Designated Sellers or French Newco and used primarily in the Operations, all of which are listed, and are located at, the locations referenced on Schedule 2.1(1)(d), including assets forming the subject of Open Purchase Orders for equipment that has been delivered to the Seller or the Designated Sellers French Newco as of the relevant Closing Date, together with all of Seller's and Designated Seller's rights as a licensee with respect to any operating software forming part of such equipment at the time of its purchase by the Seller or Designated Seller French Newco, but excluding Equipment at Third Party Locations and equipment located at the Shared Labs.

Owned Equipment means all equipment owned by the Companies and used in connection with the Business;

Owned Equipment means all Equipment in Schedule A indicated as “Owned.”

Owned Equipment means the central station equipment, alarm systems, closed circuit television, and access control equipment, electronic alarm equipment, alarm test equipment, machinery, tools, computers, and related software, whether or not integrated therein, office equipment and furnishings, additions, accessories, related warranties and other tangible personal property, owned by Sellers, including without limitation, all such items designated as “Owned Equipment” on Schedule 2.1(d) hereto.
