Owned Land has the meaning specified in Section 4.20(b).

More Definitions of Owned Land

Owned Land means land (other than Finished Lots) owned or held by the Borrower or any Guarantor for development or sale or land under development.

Owned Land means all the land owned by the Company shown edged yellow red and blue on Drawing Number o.2 6517/Sk127 Keadby2_DWD_0011, annexed hereto;
Owned Land means each parcel of real property (whether on the ground or rooftop) or tract of land on which a Tower is located which parcel of real property or tract of land is owned by the Company;
