Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

More Definitions of Owned Property

Owned Property means all real property owned by the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, together with all easements, licenses, interests and all of the rights arising out of the ownership thereof or appurtenant thereto, and Improvements thereon.
