Owner Hotels and Inns means all other hotels and inns within the United States owned, leased, or managed, directly or indirectly, by Owner.

Owner Hotels and Inns means all other hotels and inns within the United States owned, leased, or managed, directly or indirectly, by Owner. (gg) “Permitted Encumbrances” means (i) all Mortgages, (ii) liens for Impositions not delinquent, (iii) undetermined or inchoate liens or charges for labor or materials which have not at the time been filed or recorded pursuant to law, and (iv) easements, restrictions on use, zoning laws and ordinances, rights of way and other encumbrances and minor irregularities in title, that have been identified to Operator and do not individually or in the aggregate impair the operation of the Business. (hh) “Real Property” means the Leased Land and all buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located on the Leased Land. (ii) “Service Contracts” is as defined in Section 9.02 below. (jj) “Tax Returns” means federal, state and local income or other business tax returns, real property and personal property tax returns, and occupancy tax returns. (kk) “Term” means the period beginning with the Effective Date and ending upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. (ll) “Total Operating Revenues” shall mean all revenues and receipts of every kind derived from the Hotel and all departments and parts thereof, as finally determined on an accrual basis in accordance with the Uniform System, including, but not limited to, revenues and income (both cash and credit transactions) before commissions and discounts for prompt or cash payments, from the rental of rooms and lobby space, exhibit or sales space of any kind, including without limitation, charges for reservations, deposits and cancellation fees not refunded to guests; income from vending machines, health club membership fees, wholesale and retail sales of merchandise, service fees and charges (except to the extent paid or

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Property Owners association" or "association" means an incorporated or unincorporated entity upon

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Dry cleaning facility means an establishment with one or more dry cleaning systems.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
