Each Owner Indemnitee and Manager Indemnitee is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement to the extent of their indemnity, defense and similar rights under the applicable indemnification provision and may enforce such provision against Owner or Manager, as applicable.

If any Owner Indemnitee becomes aware of any such Contractor Lien, such Owner Indemnitee shall so Notify Contractor, and Contractor shall then, to the extent payment by Owner has been made in accordance with Article 6 bond or satisfy and obtain the release of such Contractor Lien.
