The parties expressly acknowledge and consent to Wilmington Trust acting in the dual capacity of Owner Trustee and in the capacity of Grantor Trust Trustee.
If the Depositor shall not have joined in such appointment within 15 days after the receipt by it of a request to do so, the Owner Trustee alone shall have the power to make such appointment.
