PAC Component definition

PAC Component has the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.
PAC Component means, for the purpose of calculating the Class I Monthly Interest at any time, the Original Notional Principal Amount minus all allocations of Monthly Principal to the PAC Component made up to such time pursuant to Section 9.10 of this Agreement.
PAC Component. The Class A-9-2 Component.

  • Any such loss allocated to the Class A Certificates shall be allocated on the subsequent Determination Date among the outstanding Classes of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-6 and Class A-PO Certificates), the Class A-6 PAC Component and the Class A-6 Scheduled Accrual Component in accordance with the Class A Loss Percentages as of such Determination Date.
