Pacific Capital Lawsuit definition

Pacific Capital Lawsuit means Case No. 2:05CV103 pending in the United States District Court, Eastern District at Greeneville, Tennessee, captioned as Pacific Capital, L.P. v. Emergystat, Inc., et al; and any other state or federal proceeding based on the same or similar factual allegations.

  • Asset Management is a principle/practice that includes planning processes, approaches, plans, or related documents that support an integrated lifecycle approach to the effective stewardship of infrastructure assets to maximize benefits and effectively manage risk.

  • Related Bodies Corporate has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).

  • CA means California

  • Sales finance company means that term as defined in section 2 of the motor vehicle sales finance act, MCL 492.102.

  • Area Agency on Aging (AAA) means the Department of Human Services designated agency charged with the responsibility to provide a comprehensive and coordinated system of services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in a planning and service area. The appropriate and authorized Citibank CMC number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the Judicial Council, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.
