PacifiCare means defendant PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Cypress, California, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships and joint ventures, and their respective directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.

PacifiCare means "PacifiCare Entities."Terms used herein with initial capital letters shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Agreement. Terms used herein with initial capital letters but not otherwise defined in the Agreement shall have the respective meanings set forth in Schedule 8 or other Exhibits and Schedules to the Agreement. In addition, the meanings for the following terms shall apply: APPLICATION SUPPLIER shall mean the entity or entities which shall provide application system maintenance, enhancement and development services on behalf of PacifiCare. The Application Supplier may include PacifiCare or ▇▇▇▇▇. BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN is defined in Section H. 26 (confirm with definition in the Service Level Schedule).
PacifiCare has the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement.
PacifiCare means "PacifiCare Entities." Supplier shall provide the Services set forth in this Statement of Work as they may evolve during the Term and the Termination Assistance Period. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity or conflict, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall govern unless specifically superseded in this Statement of Work.
PacifiCare means PacifiCare of Colorado, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TakeCare Administrative Services Corporation, an Indiana corporation.
