Packaging Materials definition

Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.
Packaging Materials means the packaging materials for any of the Products, including product labels, packaging inserts, external packaging and similar materials.
Packaging Materials means materials used in the manufacture of packaging and includes raw materials and processed materials prior to their conversion into packaging;

More Definitions of Packaging Materials

Packaging Materials as used in this Agreement shall mean any material employed in the packaging of the Product, excluding any outer packaging used for transportation or shipment. Packaging Materials are referred to as primary or secondary according to whether or not they are intended to be in direct contact with the Product. All Packaging Materials are listed in the Product Master Plan.
Packaging Materials means the various containers and/or container components conforming to specifications and designs as provided by BPCL. This will include drums, cans, pails, packs, cartons, labels and/or other forms of packaging for the Finished Products.
