Parent Facility definition

Parent Facility means all free-standing health facilities under a single ownership licensed under Section 26-21-2 except home health agencies. The parent facility includes:
Parent Facility means a health facility licensed pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 1250) of Division 2, or a clinic licensed pursuant to Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 1200) of Division 2.
Parent Facility means the Credit Agreement dated as of September 22, 2008 between the Parent and the FRBNY, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including as modified by the waivers and consents granted under the Letter Agreement dated as of October 13, 2009 between the Parent and the FRBNY or otherwise from time to time.
