Parent Names definition

Parent Names means the names, marks, trade dress, logos, monograms, domain names and other source or business identifiers of any member of the Parent Group or the Transferred Entities using or containing “eBay,” either alone or in combination with other words or elements, and all names, marks, trade dress, logos, domain names and other source or business identifiers confusingly similar to or embodying any of the foregoing either alone or in combination with other words or elements, together with the goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.

Examples of Parent Names in a sentence

  • Acquiror and SplitCo will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to transition from use of the Parent Names and Marks as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event prior to expiration of the Transition Period.

Related to Parent Names
