Parent Option Plan definition

Parent Option Plan means the [Parent Option Plan] substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Parent Option Plan means Parent’s 2019 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.

Parent Option Plan means the ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. 2007 Equity Incentive Plan substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.
