Parent Public Warrant definition

Parent Public Warrant means each warrant issued as part of a Parent Unit.
Parent Public Warrant means a warrant to purchase one (1) Parent Class A Ordinary Share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share that was included in the Parent Units sold in the IPO.
Parent Public Warrant means one whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) Parent Ordinary Share at a price of $7.00 per share.

More Definitions of Parent Public Warrant

Parent Public Warrant means a warrant to purchase one (1) share of Parent Class A Common Stock at an exercise price of eleven dollars fifty cents ($11.50), a fraction equal to one-third of which was included in each unit sold as part of Parent’s initial public offering.

  • Public Warrants means the warrants included in the public units issued in the IPO, each of which is exercisable for one share of Common Stock, in accordance with its terms.

Public Way shall also mean any easement now or hereafter held by the Franchise Authority within the Franchise Area for the purpose of public travel, or for utility or public service use dedicated for compatible uses, and shall include other easements or rights-of-way as shall within their proper use and meaning entitle the Franchisee to the use thereof for the purposes of installing, operating, and maintaining the Franchisee’s Cable System over poles, wires, cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, attachments, and other property as may be ordinarily necessary and appurtenant to the Cable System.

  • Private Warrants means the Warrants the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.
