Parent Recommendation definition

Parent Recommendation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).

Parent Recommendation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b).

Parent Recommendation means the recommendation of the Parent Board that the stockholders of Parent approve the Parent Stock Issuance.

More Definitions of Parent Recommendation
