Parent SAR definition

Parent SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Parent Common Stock.
Parent SAR means any stock appreciation rights relating the Parent Common Shares, whether granted under a Parent Stock Plan or otherwise.
Parent SAR means each share appreciation rights granted under any Parent Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Parent SAR means a right, granted under the Parent Stock Plan, to receive shares of Parent Common Stock as specified in the Parent Stock Plan.
