Parking Areas definition

Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
Parking Areas means, as to each Property, the exclusive and non-exclusive parking areas and facilities for the Property as indicated on the Lease Supplement for the Property, together with any connecting walkways, covered walkways, tunnels, or other means of access to the Building, and any additional minor improvements now or hereafter located on the Land related to the foregoing facilities.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time, excluding any parking garage now or hereafter existing under, and as a part of, any of the Other Buildings.

Examples of Parking Areas in a sentence

  • Landlord shall clean, provide lighting, repair, maintain and provide janitorial services for the Common Areas including, to the extent reasonable, the Parking Areas, in order to maintain the Common Areas.

  • Car Parking Areas The Resident shall not park or permit to be parked any vehicle on any part of the Village other than in the areas designated by the Operator for that purpose.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create liability upon Landlord for any damage to motor vehicles of Tenant’s Permittees, or from loss of property from within such motor vehicles while parked in the Automobile Parking Areas.

More Definitions of Parking Areas

Parking Areas means any and all areas located upon the Land from time to time designated for the parking of vehicles, which area shall contain not less than 470 parking spaces and shall be for the exclusive use of tenants of the Building.
Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.
Parking Areas means those portions of Landlord’s Property which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time. The Parking Areas presently consist of the Parking Garage and the surface parking areas as depicted on the Site Plan. The Parking Areas will not be changed to materially and adversely impact Tenant’s ingress and egress or to materially increase the distance from the Parking Areas to the Premises.
Parking Areas means the improvements constructed, or which may be constructed, in or as part of the Building for use as parking facilities and the areas and facilities that are appurtenant solely to those improvements.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas shown on the Site Map as being striped for parking as well as drive aisles within or adjacent thereto, and shall include any enlargement of, addition to or permitted change in such drive aisles and/or striped portions of the Common Areas.
Parking Areas has the meaning given it in subsection 6.5.
Parking Areas means the areas available for automobile parking in connection with the Building Project as more particularly described in Article 30.
