Parking Disc definition
Parking Disc means a disc, issued by a local authority, complying with the requirements of the British Standard Specification for Parking Discs (BS No. 4631: 1970), but coloured blue and capable of showing the quarter hours period during which a period of waiting begins; and

Parking Disc means the disc issued by the Local Authority complying with the requirements of Regulation 8(5) of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (England) Regulations 2000 and capable of showing the quarter hour period during which a period of waiting began.

Parking Disc means a disc, issued by a Local Authority, 125 millimetres square coloured blue and capable of showing the quarter hour period during which a period of waiting begins;
