Examples of Parking Easement in a sentence
The Access and Parking Easement granted herein is and shall be deemed to be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon the parties hereto and upon their successors and assigns until the expiration of the Easement Term.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the Access and Parking Facilities to the general public, it being this intention of the parties that the Access and Parking Easement be limited to the purposes expressed in this Agreement.

Except as explicitly set forth in Sections 3.7 and 3.10 of this Agreement or as otherwise provided in the Access and Parking Easement, after the Closing, the Developer shall have no obligations with respect to the Sale Property, including, without limitation, the Developer shall have no obligation to repair, maintain, pay taxes with respect to, or remediate the Sale Property.
