Parking Garages definition

Parking Garages means the following five parking garages owned by the City (two of which have attached open lots) totaling 1,444 spaces: i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street Parking Garage, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, contains 503 garage and 155 surface spaces; ii) Chapel Hill Street Parking Garage, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, contains 328 garage and 52 surface spaces; iii) Church Street Parking Garage, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, contains 406 garage spaces.; iv) Durham Centre Parking Garage, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇., contains 737 parking spaces; and v) City Hall Annex Parking Garage, located at 101 City Hall Plaza, contains 67 parking spaces.
Parking Garages means, collectively, parking garages owned by the City other than (a) that certain underground parking garage, commonly known as the "Grand Circus Parking Garage," located at 1600-01 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, (b) that certain underground parking garage, commonly known as the "Cultural Center Garage," located at 41 Farnsworth Street, Detroit, Michigan and (c) that certain multi-story parking structure near the Riverfront Arena with an address of 900 W. Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, Michigan having a capacity of approximately 3,200 car spaces commonly known as "Joe Louis Arena Garage." For the avoidance of doubt, (a) that certain parking lot located at 5200 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan and (b) that certain parking lot, commonly known as the "Frederick Lot," located at 318 Frederick Street, Detroit, Michigan, shall not be considered Parking Garages.
Parking Garages has the meaning ascribed thereto in the definition of “Improvements.”

Examples of Parking Garages in a sentence

  • With regard to the Surface Parking Areas and the Residential Parking Garages (excluding the Employee Parking Area and the Valet Parking Area when used by Owner and the operation of the Validated Parking Program), the City shall comply with the provisions of Sections 5.1, 5.2,Error!   • The Sublessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Subleased Premises (including, without limitation, the Parking Garages and all of the other improvements constituting the Subleased Premises), whether or not the need for such repair occurs as a result of Sublessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Subleased Premises.


More Definitions of Parking Garages

Parking Garages means the east and west public parking garages located on the Parking Garage Parcel provided that the west parking garage also includes a paved surface parking lot.
