Partial Completion definition

Partial Completion means the time for completion of part of the Works to commission and energize at least 70% of the [Solar Farm] on or before 30 June 2021, prior to the Date of Completion.
Partial Completion means forty-four percent (44%) of Substantial Completion.

More Definitions of Partial Completion

Partial Completion means the occurrence of all events and satisfaction of all conditions set forth in Section 10.5(c) of the Lease with respect to a Construction Segment or a New Facilities Construction Milestone, as applicable, as evidenced by the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Authorization to Occupy or Use by the Port Authority to the Developer for such portion of the Construction Project. Partial Termination has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease. Partial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease.
Partial Completion means completion of Landlord's Work to the following extent: sufficient completion of the warehouse to allow installation of racking.
