Examples of Partial Completion in a sentence
The Promoter, upon obtaining the Completion Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate, as the case may be, from the Competent Authority shall offer in writing the possession of the Apartment to the Allottee in terms of this Agreement, to be taken within 2 (two) months from the date of issue of Completion Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate, as the case may be.
The Conveyance Deed in favour of the Allottee shall be executed and registered by the Promoter in favour of the Allottee within 3 (three) months from the date of issue of the Completion Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate, as the case may be, and the Promoter and the Allottee shall render full co-operation with each other to carry out the execution and registration of the Conveyance Deed.
The Promoter shall handover copy of Completion Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate, as the case may be, of the Apartment, to the Allottee at the time of execution and registration of the Conveyance Deed of the same.
The Allottee, after taking possession, agrees(s) to pay the maintenance charges as determined by the Promoter /Association of the Allottees, as the case may be, after the issuance of the Completion Certificate or Partial Completion Certificate, as the case may be, for the Project.
Promoter will be entitled to give block-wise and phase-wise possession upon obtaining the Completion Certificate/ Partial Completion Certificate of a building block or a particular phase as the case may be irrespective of the fact that construction of other Blocks and/or other phases and/or provision of facilities /Amenities may be incomplete.
