Partial Transfer definition

Partial Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 8.
Partial Transfer has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.08(k).
Partial Transfer means a Transfer of the Permitted Part of a Shareholder’s Ownership Interest or Shareholder Equity to another Person.
