Participant Bank definition

Participant Bank means any bank(s) or other financial institution(s) that may purchase from the Bank a participation interest in this Agreement, the Fee Letter and certain of the Related Documents pursuant to a participation agreement between the Bank and the Participant Bank.
Participant Bank means HSBC Bank plc and any of its assignees pursuant to clause 5 (Assignment) of the Participation Agreement.
Participant Bank means, with respect to each Letter of Credit, each Bank other than the Letter of Credit Agent.

  • A certificate of the Bank or a Participant Bank setting forth the amount or amounts necessary to compensate the Bank or such Participant Bank or the Bank’s or such Participant Bank’s parent or holding company, as the case may be, as specified in paragraph (a) or (b) of this Section and delivered to the Corporation and the County, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • The Corporation or the County, on behalf of the Corporation, shall pay the Bank, such Participant Bank or their parent or holding company, as the case may be, the amount shown as due on any such certificate within sixty (60) days after receipt thereof.

  • Failure or delay on the part of the Bank or any Participant Bank to demand compensation pursuant to this Section shall not constitute a waiver of the Bank’s or such Participant Bank’s right to demand such compensation.

  • As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Corporation to a Governmental Authority, the Corporation or the County, as applicable, shall deliver to the Bank or such Participant Bank the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Bank or such Participant Bank, as applicable.


More Definitions of Participant Bank

Participant Bank means either the MPF Provider or any MPF Bank, as the case may be, which is the owner of a Participation Interest.
