Participating Area definition

Participating Area means a State, Territory or Country in which a person is authorised to Conduct Games of Powerball under a corresponding law;

Participating Area means all Unit Tracts and parts of Unit Tracts established under the provisions of Article 10 of this Agreement to allocate Unitized Substances produced from a reservoir.

• Said schedule (or schedules) shall also set forth the percentage of Unitized Substances to be allocated, as herein provided, to each tract in the Participating Area (or Areas), and shall govern the allocation of production, commencing with the effective date of the Participating Area.
