Examples of Participating Authorities in a sentence
The Supplier shall test its Business Continuity Plan at reasonable intervals, and in any event no less than once every twelve (12) months or such other period as may be agreed between the Parties taking into account the criticality of this Framework Agreement to Participating Authorities and the size and scope of the Supplier’s business operations.
Where any payments are to be made under this Framework Agreement by either Party in addition to any payments to be made by Participating Authorities under any Contracts, the details of such payments and the invoicing arrangements shall be set out in the Commercial Schedule.
Note that this is a framework agreement and that any guarantee must be drafted in such a way as to allow Participating Authorities to rely on it when entering into Contracts under the framework agreement.
The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any formal written complaints made by other Participating Authorities relating to the Supplier’s noncompliance with any of its obligations under any Contract within two (2) Business Days of the Supplier becoming aware of such complaints.
Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate this Framework Agreement, if a right for the Authority to terminate this Framework Agreement arises (irrespective of whether the circumstances leading to such right are capable of remedy) in accordance with Clause 15 of this Schedule 2, the Authority may suspend the Supplier's appointment to receive new Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier and all Participating Authorities.
