Participating institution definition

Participating institution means an "institution" as defined in KRS 164.001 that actively participates in the federal Pell Grant program, executes a contract with the authority on terms the authority deems necessary or appropriate for the administration of its programs, and:
Participating institution means an institution at which portions of a graduate medical education program are regularly conducted and to which residents rotate for an educational experience for at least one month.
Participating institution has the meaning specified in Section 7.08(b).

  • If the Licensed Materials fail to operate, display, load, or render in conformance with the terms of this Agreement, the Licensee or the Participating Institution shall immediately notify the Licensor in writing, and the Licensor shall promptly use best efforts to restore access to the Licensed Materials as soon as possible.
