Participating Physicians definition

Participating Physicians means the co-located physician(s) who agree to incorporate the Interprofessional Team Member into their primary care team and to direct his or her efforts in providing primary care, under the supervision of one or more of their number, as attested by the signature of said physicians on this Agreement;
Participating Physicians means those physicians who subscribe to the POC Channels and who use such POC Channels to support and enable prescription writing and who use the POC Channels to write prescriptions at least twice a month.

Participating Physicians. The PCPs and specialty care physicians licensed to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia who have entered into a Physician Participation Agreement with Medtrust, DHS, or a DHS affiliate. "Physician Participation Agreements". Those agreements by and between Medtrust and the Participating Physicians under which the Participating Physicians agree to provide Covered Services to Members under Service Agreements.
Participating Physicians means a physician who is properly licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina pursuant to the requirements of the North Carolina Medical Board and who has agreed to participate pursuant to the terms and conditions of the executed Participation Agreement.
