Participating Securityholders definition

Participating Securityholders means each Non-Dissenting Stockholder that is a holder of Company Preferred Stock and/or Company Preferred Warrants, each as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Participating Securityholders has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereto.

Participating Securityholders means each Non-Dissenting Stockholder and each Warrant Holder, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Participating Securityholders means the Participating Incentives Holders and the Participating Stockholders.
