Participating Settlement Class Members definition

Participating Settlement Class Members means those Settlement Class Members who timely submit a valid Claim Form and do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement.

Participating Settlement Class Members means any Settlement Class Member who is bound by the Final Judgment and receives a distribution as set forth in this Settlement Agreement. • Any replacement Settlement Check issued to Participating Settlement Class Members shall void sixty (60) days of their date of issue.

• The Settlement Administrator will distribute a Settlement Check from the Settlement Fund to Participating Settlement Class Members for each Approved Claim for reimbursement of Out- of-Pocket Losses and/or Attested Time as soon as practicable after the allocation and distribution of funds are determined by the Settlement Administrator following the Effective Date.
