Participating Shareholders definition

Participating Shareholders means at the Effective Time, holders of Common Shares other than Small Non-Board Lot Holders and Dissenting Shareholders;

Participating Shareholders means Shareholders participating, or electing to participate, in an offering of Registrable Securities.

Participating Shareholders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2.1.
