If the Issuer fails to comply with the provisions of the listing agreement or relevant Acts or provisions prescribed by the Statutory and Regulatory Bodies, the Stock Exchange has the right to take suitable action as it deems fit including levy of fines/penalties, suspension of security for dealings and delistings.
