Participating Trust definition

Participating Trust or "Trust" means any Trust adopting this Plan, as set forth in Appendix A.
Participating Trust means a Qualified Trust which, with the consent of the Trustee, has made a deposit to a Portfolio, and has a beneficial interest in such Portfolio.
Participating Trust means a Qualified Trust that has specifically or in substance and effect adopted this Declaration of Trust or generally the plan or declaration of trust or other governing instrument under which a common, collective, or commingled trust fund is maintained, as a part of the plan of which such trust is a part and, with the consent of the Trustee, has made a deposit to a Fund, and has a beneficial interest in such Fund.

  • In addition, the Trustee may charge to and receive from each Participating Trust such reasonable Trustee fees in accordance with the existing published Trustee’s Fee Schedule or such other fee as may be negotiated by and between the Trustee and Participating Trust.

More Definitions of Participating Trust
