Participation Cap definition

Participation Cap means [**] dollars ($[**]), inclusive of the amount of the Initial Participation Account Deposit for each Pool, plus any amount over [**] dollars ($[**]) associated with the credit enhancement of Loans funded pursuant to Sections 7.1.11 and 18.4.
