Partner Products means the Partner’s computer hardware, software products, and/or services identified in Exhibit B attached hereto or to any Order Form.

Notwithstanding any assistance from Red Hat with development issues, Partner is solely responsible for the development and technical support of Partner Products.
Membership in the TPP alone does not authorize a Partner to embed, sell and/or distribute Red Hat products independently or with Partner Products.
Partner will also ensure that its staff has sufficient technical knowledge to support Certified Partner Products running in combination with the applicable Red Hat Product(s).

For Certified Partner Products, Partner will conduct ongoing testing of Partner Products to validate interoperability with the relevant Red Hat Product(s).

More Definitions of Partner Products

Partner Products means one or more of the following value-added goods and/or services developed, sold, or provided by Partner to customers in the ordinary course of business: (i) provision of consulting, professional, training, technical support or educational services; (ii) development and/or licensing of application software; (iii) development and/or licensing of software content; (iv) development and/or sale of hardware, database systems, network services, and/or operating systems.

Partner Products means Products supplied by a Partner to a Member.

Partner Products means products and services offered by Partner in connection with the Program.

Partner Products means (i) Interplay's computer and/or video game software product SKUs stated in SECTION 3 of EXHIBIT B, AND (II) any and all additional computer and/or video game products developed by or on behalf of Interplay in its sole discretion and completed during the three (3) year period following the Effective Date, including any and all sequels, new titles or derivative works of previously published titles, together with all Related Assets and any and all Program Error Corrections but only if and to the extent that as of the Effective Date no third party already possesses such rights (or such party subsequently waives such rights in their sole discretion). For purposes of clarification, Partner Products shall not include computer and/or video game products which are both developed and distributed/published by third parties under sale or license from Interplay.

Partner Products means Partner’s pre-existing software and/or hardware product(s), and/or intellectual property to be developed by or for Partner that are either included as a Bundled Combination with or Embedded within the Software.
