Partner Solution means Partner’s products, software or subscription-based, hosted, supported, or on-demand services that are approved by SAP in writing and specified in the Order Form.

Examples of Partner Solution in a sentence

  • SAP grants to Partner a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Software and Documentation to provide ASP Services to Customers only as an integrated part of the Partner Solution (“ASP License”).
