Partnership Account definition

Partnership Account means an Account which is opened and operated by a partnership.
Partnership Account means the bank account or accounts established by the General Partner pursuant to Section 10.3 of this Agreement.
Partnership Account shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 5.

  • The Managing Partner shall deposit in the Production Partnership Account the Capital Contributions of the Limited Partnership and the Managing Partner and apply such Capital Contributions to the payment of Organization and Offering Costs and the Acquisitions and Operations Fee.

Partnership Account means the bank account of the Manager or any such other bank account nominated by the Partnership from time to time;
