Partnership Capital definition

Partnership Capital means any Capital Commitment and/or (as the context requires) any Capital Contribution;
Partnership Capital at any time, means all of the monies, interests, properties and assets of the Partnership, including, without limitation, all monies realized from the sale of assets of the Partnership or borrowing by the Partnership.
Partnership Capital means the total of the capital contributions of the Partners, as hereinafter set forth, as adjusted to reflect income, gains, losses, withdrawals and distributions. Capital contributions of property shall be valued at fair market value as of the date of contribution.

  • No interest shall be paid on, or in respect of, any contribution to Partnership Capital by any Partner, nor shall any Partner have the right to demand or receive cash or other property in return for the Partner's Capital Contribution.

More Definitions of Partnership Capital

Partnership Capital means the fair market value of all of the Partnership's assets reduced by the amount of all of the Partnership's liabilities.
