Partnership Certificate definition

Partnership Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.7.
Partnership Certificate means the certificate of limited partnership of the Partnership.

Partnership Certificate means the Certificate of Limited Partnership and amendments thereto of the Company as in effect as of the date of this Agreement.
