Partnership Employee definition

Partnership Employee means an employee or other service provider of the Partnership or of a Subsidiary of the Partnership, if any, acting in such capacity.

More Definitions of Partnership Employee

Partnership Employee means any employee of the Partnership Group or NEE Partners or the NEE Partners General Partner.

The Percentage Interest of each Partner shall be calculated to the fourth decimal place, and the Percentage Interest with respect to the General Partner Interest shall at all times be zero. “Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day” has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR.” “Permitted Transfer” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02.
