Partnership Entities definition

Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.
Partnership Entities means the General Partner, the MLP and any Person controlled by any such entity.
Partnership Entities means GP LLC, the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group; and “Partnership Entity” means any of the Partnership Entities.

  • The Partnership Entities maintain insurance covering their properties, operations, personnel and businesses against such losses and risks as are reasonably adequate to protect them and their businesses in a manner consistent with other businesses similarly situated.

  • None of the Partnership Entities has received notification of any revocation or modification of any such permit or has any reason to believe that any such permit will not be renewed in the ordinary course.

Partnership Entities means, collectively the Partnership and the Partnership’s Subsidiaries.
Partnership Entities means the Partnership and each other entity listed on the signature pages hereto as a Partnership Entity.
