Partnership Entities definition

Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

Partnership Entities means the General Partner, the MLP and any Person controlled by any such entity.

Partnership Entities means GP LLC, the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group; and “Partnership Entity” means any of the Partnership Entities.

• The Partnership Entities maintain insurance covering their properties, operations, personnel and businesses against such losses and risks as are reasonably adequate to protect them and their businesses in a manner consistent with other businesses similarly situated.

• None of the Partnership Entities has received notification of any revocation or modification of any such permit or has any reason to believe that any such permit will not be renewed in the ordinary course.

• Nothing has come to the attention of any of the Partnership Entities that has caused them to believe that the statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus is not based on or derived from sources that are reliable and accurate in all material respects.

• The Board and the Partnership Entities do not guarantee the Units from loss or depreciation.

• Each of the Partnership Entities has fulfilled and performed all of its obligations with respect to the Permits, and no event has occurred that allows, or after notice or lapse of time would allow, revocation or termination thereof or results in any other impairment of the rights of the holder or any such Permits, except for any of the foregoing that could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

More Definitions of Partnership Entities

Partnership Entities means, collectively the Partnership and the Partnership’s Subsidiaries.

Partnership Entities means the Partnership and each other entity listed on the signature pages hereto as a Partnership Entity.

Partnership Entities means the Partnership and the Operating Subsidiary.

Partnership Entities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5.

Partnership Entities means (a) the MLP, (b) each of the Subsidiaries of the MLP and (c) USAC Management.

Partnership Entities has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preferred Purchase Agreement.
