Partnership Group definition

Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
Partnership Group means, collectively, the Partnership and its Subsidiaries.
Partnership Group is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

Examples of Partnership Group in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, there shall be no duplication of management fees, management fee offsets, recalls of distributions or general partner giveback obligations among the entities that comprise the Partnership Group.
