Parts Availability. Contractor’s policy is to commit replacement parts support for infrastructure equipment for seven years from date of cancellation, and five years for subscriber equipment. Where OEM parts are used, Contractor will make every effort to provide the same level of commitment and at a minimum will notify the County of the time when there is a last- time build of parts for a final purchase of parts.
