Pass-Through Expenses definition

Pass-Through Expenses means reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Contractor for equipment, materials, supplies or other Services provided to LAUSD, but not including Contractor’s overhead costs, administrative expenses or other mark-ups.

Pass-Through Expenses shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.2(a).

Pass-Through Expenses shall not include Contractor’s overhead costs, administrative expenses or other mark-ups.

Pass-Through Expenses means certain WinStar expenses, as agreed to between the Parties in writing, which Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay directly or reimburse on an Out-of-Pocket Expenses basis.
